You may use, share, and promote the content across your platforms. We retain the right to use anonymised versions of published work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Publication Guarantee
We guarantee placement of articles on pre-agreed websites or networks. In rare cases where publication is not possible, we will:
- Offer a suitable alternative outlet, or
- Provide a full refund if we fail to deliver any published feature
Please note: While we guarantee publication on specific platforms, we do not guarantee editorial acceptance for outlets requiring independent review.
5. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full before content is submitted for publication, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are non-refundable once services are delivered, with the exception of publication failures as outlined in Section 4.
